Let's talk- who are these Baptists?

As we end the first of our two letters we get to the heart of the matter.

We are not the same. This truth doesn't have to divide us and can unite us. But chaos hurts church health. 

The conflicted and fussy Corinth church's division is most evident in their worship services. What can we learn from this for our church today?

Why are there SO many churches- Baptist, Methodist, and so on? 

Dealing with issues impacting their church Paul had to guide the Corinthians.

Our conversation continues as we deal with the behavior issues in this young church and Paul's advice to them.

We explore 1 Corinthians 1-4 and the challenges of division in the early church. Unity not uniformity is the key.

What role(s) can women take in the Christian church? What does the Bible say? What does church history show us? 

In this session we will explore the context of 1 and 2 Corinthians. We will learn more about Corinth and Paul's interactions with the people. This lays the ground work for the Bible study beginning in episode 3.
